This charming villa designed by local architect Pedro Otzup has been our home for 17 years. It is the central villa of a group of 14 which are situated in beautiful gardens with a central swimming pool and lawn. The house is situated just 2 Kms from the sea and 150 metres from the 1st tee of the Royal Bendinat Golf Club.

The villa can be available at any time as we have two homes on the island of Mallorca. The second home is situated in the countryside and could also be used as an exchange home if preferred. The photos displayed are of the country house for the moment. I shall exchange them for the house in Bendinat as soon as I can.
