Huanchaco Beach is a small fishing/surfing village about 300 miles north o Lima. The city of Trujillo is about 8 miles with plenty of transportation. House is only couple of miles from airport, the famous Chan Chan ruins, and other archeological sites.
First Floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, den (2 twin beds), ½ bath, patio with built-in grill, outdoor shower, and garage. Equipped with TV, DVD, Stereo; kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, and service for 6 people.
Second Floor: Oceanview Terrace with sitting & dining area, Master Bedroom (king size bed) with private bathroom, 2nd Bedroom (queen size bed), full bathroom. All bedding & towels are included.
Third Floor: Laundry area with washer & dryer and a small maid bed/bath rooms.
Amenities TV Cable, Internet Wi-Fi, Telephone (local), electric, water, Housekeeping 2 times a week.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING PERMITTED!
Colorado, USA (Denver area preferred) from Oct-Dec 2011. Open to sugg for 2012.
Additional information:
We are visiting our children in Denver in October 2011 and would like a place for at least a month and up to 3 months. Non simultaneous exchange is ok.

We are a mature, professional couple(no pets, no smokers). He's American, She is Peruvian and have been living in Peru for the past 18 mos. We have not done any exchanges but have traveled extensively.
