We own a beachfront condo at Coronado beach, one hour away from Panama City. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other is an open area with two corner couches and a pull out, sleeps max 5 people, only one bathroom. It is fully equipped with Cable TV, microwave, etc., and has a delightful balcony to watch sunrises or sunsets, and a hammock to relax. The property is available non simultaneously. Our main home in Balboa, Panama City, has all amenities, 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs, and a computer room with high-speed internet and a US Vonage phone line, living and dining rooms, spacious kitchen, family room with 50- TV, large open terrace and tropical backyard with lush vegetation where you can spot toucans and many other birds just by stepping outside. Our neighborhood is in the old Canal Zone area, full of tropical vegetation and wildlife, and only minutes from the center of town and from the Canal.
We have traveled extensively and would take good care of your property. Our family has had wonderful experiences with home exchanges and hope this would be our next one and yours too.
