House and garden overlooking Hafrsfjord and 15 mins by bus/car from Stavanger centre. 2 hrs from skiing (downhill/cross-country)in Sirdal. 15 mins from Stavanger/Sola airport.
House is 330m2 and has been renovated 10 years ago. It has a large conservatory/dining room, open fire in a large, cosy living room with lovely views. House comes with a cat and large fish tank and its about 7 mins walk down to the beach.
Stavanger at Christmas offers a wide variety of concerts and entertainment. Snow at Christmas in Stavanger is not guaranteed (in the mountains it is); the car (older Fiat Multipla) will be left with snow tyres. The surrounding countryside is dramatic and beautiful. Oslo is a 45 min. flight away or 8 hrs on a spectacular train ride. Bergen is a 30 min flight away or 4 hrs by car.
We would like the house to be left in the same good, clean condition as that in which we will leave it!
We have a second home (sleeps 5) in Voorburg near The Hague, Netherlands, which is available for non-simultaneous exchange.
