We are looking to base ourselves in one place, most preferably with a car swap. Our dates for exchange are approx June 12, 2009 for 3-4 weeks. Would also consider the 3-4 weeks immediately preceding May 22 (thus April 24/May1 through May 22)

Active, retired couple in their early 70s, married 50 years (one New Zealander, one Canadian). Interested in travel, lake fishing, line-dancing, camping, movies, cafe life, good dinners, daily walks, reading, stimulating conversation. Very light drinkers (glass of wine with dinner types), non-smokers. Two adult children, one daughter in Auckland and one son in San Francisco.
Husband is retired rancher and very handy - prefers fixing and odd jobs to almost everything except fishing!
