We have a 4 bedroom house. A guest room is available all year round and we would like to swap for holiday exchange during NZ school holidays Close to eastern beach of Auckland, the house is only ten minutes walk from shopping center, restaurant, cafe and supermarkets, very handy to Botany Downs Township, entertainment and shopping centre, airport and bus routs to downtown Auckland. The house is made of bricks and tiles with a private garden in Highland Park. A safe place to spend your holidays or as your home base for trips to other attractions in New Zealand.
