The condo is situated in a fairly large developement primarily owned by Canadians. It is attractively decorated and a ground floor unit. I am an artist and the walls display my art. We have a large patio, with nice furniture which is wonderful for entertaining. The condo is comfortable, and has a pullout couch, so you could have company if desired. Close to a pool and hot tub, it is at the back side of the complex and it is quiet and private.
