A lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the city of Guadalajara only 15 minutes outside of the heart of the city the "historical center". The area where our apartment is is quiet, safe and a very pretty part of town. There is a 7/11 across the street and the neighborhood is lined with trees. We have a large screen TV with cable along with wifi and even an xbox 360. We have an electric treadmill that we just bought a year ago (we mostly use it to hang our clothes on but feel free to use it whenever you like!) The floors are a combination of hard wood and tile. It's in one of the safest and nicest areas of Guadalajara called Providencia. There is a starbucks about 2 minutes driving which you can get to by using our car. We have air conditioning in the bed room. Even though the area is quiet it certainly is not void of excitement. There are cafes, bars and a plethora of restaraunts in the area along with easy access to 3 different malls. Everything that was mentioned above is about a 2 minute drive from our apartment.

My wife and I are looking to go on vacation. We really wanted to go to Amsterdam but we are also into Japan, China, Russia, Greece, United Kingdom, Egypt, Australia. Basically anything outside North and South America! Surprise us!!!!

Guadalajara is also well situated for travel around Mexico. Less than an hour drive away is Lake Chapala (Mexico's largest fresh water lake) and the beautiful towns of Chapala and Ajijic that sit on the shores of this beautiful lake. Guadalajara is filled with other great attractions such as Tlaquepaque and Tonala. We are also only a 3 hour drive from the beach (Puerto Vallarta).
