I am an owner of Ventanas Residences, a private residential community in Los Cabos with the most enviable views to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas and the Pacific Ocean.
I would like to exchange one of the residences, that we use as a hotel. The Hacienda Santa Maria house has 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The Square Footage is 2240.
All ouf the residences have an access to 5 Star Club House with wi-fi, gym, deli kitchen with ten pesos pacifico glass beer and home delivery, daily maid service, pools, hot tubs, outdoor fire pits, business center, TV lounge and chapel.
This House includes:
Polish travertine marble flooring, A/C, Stacking washer and dryer, Hardwood interior doors and frames, Aluminum Pocket window wall system, Wodden electric garage doors, Granite counter tops, Bosh Fridge, dishwasher and stove, Kohler sink and toilet, Kholer fixtures and access to our 5 Star Club House.
We would like to stay two months in San Diego: form 15th of May fo 15th of July, however the dates are flexible and we are able to accept 3 or 4 weeks.
You can come anytime you want, divide the 2 months and even come next year.
