The house is approx. 60 sq. metres, recently restored, situated on the third floor of a 1600 ancient building. It’s located in a quiet little inner courtyard.
We have two bedrooms very peaceful and quiet, a bathroom with shower, a sunny living room, where you can find the sofa, a large dining table, a CD player and the TV, the kitchenette, which is fully equipped, also providing microwave, dishwasher, cookware & kitchen utensils, cooker, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and anything else you may need to enjoy your stay! We also have independent heating, the washing machine and WIFI internet (available on request).
The location of the apartment is great.
Right outside the house, you will find the Canal Grande with its beautiful, ancient buildings, campo S. Polo with its typical pasticcerie and cafès and the famous Rialto bridge.
On foot, it will take you 10 minutes walk to reach Piazza San Marco.
To reach the house, it will take you 10 minutes on foot from the train station or 5 minutes from the boat stop (public transportation).
New York City (three weeks around New Year's Eve). I may find you an accomodation in Rome and Florence if you wish to split your 3 weeks stay in different cities.
