Our house has a walking surface of 105 square meters plus two balcony.It was fully rennovated 1 years ago and is very clean and well organised. It is sunny. It's on a 3th floor and is very quiet. There is the elevator. In the apartment there are a kitchen and a large living room with tv and three bedrooms. There are a main bedroom and a second bedroom with toys and 2 beds, and another bed room with a bed settee.
Terni is strategicaly placed and is just the right size. Not too small to be boring and not too big to get chaotic. Everything is within walking distance and it is flat so great to get around by bike . The swimming pool is within walking distance, and so is the station, park, shops.So if you just want to take it easy, you'll find Terni very relaxing. However, in 10 minutes by car you can basically any outdoor activity. When you want to go into the big cities, it's very easy because Rome is a 60 minute train ride away and Florence just a bit more than that. Also all around Terni you can visit medieval towns, such as Spoleto, Orvieto, Todi, Assisi ecc. And thay all have beautiful art and churches.
