Our flat was built in 1970 and is a true functional flat. It was totally restored in 2001 so the whole interior is like new. It has two sleeping rooms and one sitting room equipped with a double divan bed. One living room with TV and DVD player. The living room is built together with the kitchen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need like stove, espresso machine etc. There is a broadband wifi connection. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet It is situated near the town centre and near the beach (5 minutes walk). We have 2 bikes that are included in the exchange.
Within walking distance you can find supermarkets, shops, bakers’, restaurants, pubs, pizza restaurants, etc. You can do without a car.
We are available to swap the flat all year round except July and August
Anywhere in Europe, better if in England, Germany. Open to any suggestion.
