The apartment is in the suburbs of Rome. It is on the main street above a dressmaking shop. Directly in the centre of all amenities, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport right outside the door. It is 10km to the nearest Rome Metro stop, and there is a bus which takes you straight there, so that you can sightsee in the centre of Rome. It is also 10km from a beautiful lake and nearby you have access to many activities, including horse riding, gym, etc. Fantastic location if you want to see the best of Rome, but don't want to stay in the noisy and hectic centre.
