The house was built in the 1920 and completely renewed in 1997.
Is in the centre of Roccella at about 100 meters from the sea
The house is on two floors on the first floor there are 2 large living rooms, a full equipped kitchen, a terrace and one bathroom.
In the second floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 triple and 2 double) all with air conditioner, another bathroom.and a small terrace.
Roccella Jonica is
an attractive village leaned out on the oriental coast, in front of the splendid Jonian Sea, 115 kms far from Reggio Calabria and 70 kms from Catanzaro.
ROCCELLA directly leans out on the sea.
The country is dominated by a rock that it entertains the ancient medieval castle.
This is a second house, is not available in July and August (my parents are there)but it is possible to use it also not in the same period of the exchange: from September to June nobody lives there. Weather is beautiful usually from May to November
