Beautiful chalet in the Appennini famous resort of Monte Terminillo, 85 km to Rome, 20 Km to Umbria, 40 km to Marche.
Completely isolated in the woods 6 km from the nearest home. Three floor construction with fireplace, external barbecue, garden. Ideal for wildlife lovers. Many excursions available and also 8 km far from Rieti, a medieval city, very quiet.
In winter Terminillo is a skiing resort well organized for all skiing specialties. The villa has as also a garage.Available on request for vacation rental.No pets inside the house, they may sleep in the garage or heating room.
