The Villa Renée was built in the 1500s and 1700s, is located on a hillside surrounded by its own small vineyard and olive orchard not far from the historic town of Este in the province of Padova. We also own a 60m2 apartment on a small canal just 100 meters from the Grand Canal in Venice that could be part of the exchange if used occasionally.

We are seeking to spend a year back in our hometown of Manhattan. beginning in July or August 2009. There is some flexibility with the dates. While we still maintain our 1 bedroom apartment on WEA at 77th we are looking for something larger for our longer stay in NYC this time.
