Part of a freshly completed ex-haybarn structure, our charming home is not only characteristic of the traditional Tuscan architecture, but it also has an exquisite interior design. Consisting of a beautiful kitchen and bathroom with basin and toilet downstairs, upstairs there is a living room (with television, DVD player and home theatre system) and a loft area (with a single bed and a desk). The large bedroom has a queen-size bed and gorgeous ensuite (with large shower, toilet and basin).
The bright and sun-lit house has beautiful windows that are typical of this style, and the stunning views surrounding the house can be admired from them (every window has a different view). One of our favourite parts of our home is the garden - it is a beautiful place to sit and relax, take in the warming rays of the sun and feel at one with nature. Make the most of the barbecue and enjoy your meal in the large gazebo, while admiring the rolling hills.
There are many things to do in the vicinity- visit one of the many nearby agrotourisms, such as the famous Torre a Cona (wine estate owned by the Martini Rossi family) and enjoy the local produce; wines, olive oil and other prestigious products. You can also go horse riding, swim in one of the local pools, walk in the countryside, visit castles and enjoy typical Tuscan meals. The famous 'The Mall,' where you can buy top designer clothes (Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Gucci, etc.) at discounted prices, is only 10 minutes by car.
The best part is that all of this is only 20 minutes (by car) from Florence.
Florence is the heart of the Renaissance: by exploring its beautiful 500-year old streets, museums, cathedrals and historical buildings, you can fully immerse yourself in its magical atmosphere.
