I am American from S.C. living in Italy with my It. husband and 2 kids, 13 and 16 year old. I need to swap a home for this period to be close to my elderly parents in Santa Cruz. My husband collaborates with a prof. from UCSC so we have references if needed. Our house is very comfortable and in a quiet, safe, gated housing development near Brescia Italy where there is quite a lot to do in summer.
