Maremma Toscana, I offer a 2
bedrooms, 1 and ½ bathroom cottage,
with a perfectly working fireplace, and
private garden
The place is inside the secular
pinewood of Roccamare in a gated
community (doorman 24 hours a day)
by a crystalline sea.
The beach is private as well ,less than
10 minutes walking from the cottage,
or 3 minutes by bike .
It is really a special place, very
exclusive for Italian standard and a
good spot for visiting Siena , one hour
driving, Pisa, one hour and a half and
Roma or Florence, two hours.
It’s in the middle of Ancient Etruria
and not too far from its famous
thermal baths of Venturina, Saturnia,
Bagno Vignoni.
With a double sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. Internet, TV, dvd player with a good selection of American
movies. Of course, there’s a washing machine in the bathroom.
The car is needed for going around to visit Tuscany,
but we enjoy walking to the beach under the pines and cycling to the village on the bike path!
Long weekends in European cities:
London , Stockolm, Madrid, Dublin.
New York, Chicago, Miami
Any dates, any destination will be
considered.
