Our Tel Aviv for your Boston/Brookline/Newton/Cambridge
We are a family of four looking to swap our 2-br Tel Aviv, Israel garden apartment in the upscale Ramat Aviv neighborhood for your home in the Boston area (preferably Brookline or Newton). We offer a spacious private backyard, ample parking, and many household amenities (2 air-conditioners, 2 plasma tvs, cable, wifi, wii, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a big trampoline in the yard). Our home is in a green, quiet, and very convenient neighborhood. Almost anything you might need is in walking distance (shopping, restaurants, swimming pool, parks). The beach is close by (3 km), city center is about a 10 minute drive. We are also offering our car in exchange for yours (ours is 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander, seats 5 + 2 fold-down seats). Preferred dates are Sept. 5 – Sept. 25, 2013. We prefer to swap for the whole period but will consider swapping for just part of it. |
