Modiin is a new city located in the middle of Israel 30 min to Tel Aviv and 30 min to Jerusalem, 30 minutes to beaches.
We are 10 minutes from the major highway to connect you north and south as well.
Any place in Israel except Eilat you can do as day trip.
The town is full of parks for kids.
The apartment is fully equipped and can easily accomodate 5 with an option of 7. This is a large apartment (170m2)with large garden.
We are pet and kid friendly.
We can also leave a car, you just have to take a taxi from the airport 10 minutes, about 30 Euro.

Around 300-400 meter above sea level, great area if you like outdoors, specially mountain biking and pickniking.
If you are a party animal it is not the place we have an Irish pub a nice shopping mall with cafes but for variety you have to go to Tel Aviv.
Train and busses available and frequent.

We are open to winter exchange as well during school holidays as well December and April.

We are family of 5. 3 girls ages of 13,10,3.
We like to travel and would like to spend the late summer together doing small trips around where we stay.
We have a black labrador, we will put her in pension.
