North of Tel Aviv, 15 minutes by car and public transport, in Herzeliya Pituach, a beautiful beach front resort area. A lovely house nicely furnished - on 2 floors, with a surrounding garden.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with large double beds, one with a large single bed. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and a separate bathroom w toilet serves the other 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms are fully carpeted. Ground floor with parquet flooring, lots of windows allowing the garden to be seen from all rooms. A nice living room with a large LCD TV and cables, dining area, kitchen - fully equipped - oven, microwave, dish washer, washer and dryer and all needed amenities. A study with a computer & internet connection (high speed but not wifi). A nice small garden all around the house, BBQ facility. Walking distance to Herzeliya beach (15 minutes by foot, 3 minutes by car) 5 minutes walk from food store, many restaurants and bars in the area. Close to public transport to Tel Aviv. Quiet and exclusive villas area, diplomats live here. This is my main residence - so concurrent exchange is needed. I am a mature divorcee 50+, a non smoker, the house is a non smoking house!. Able to exchange year round. .
I am very allergic to cats - so no house with cats, even if taken out during exchange!

Sorry but no small children - the house is rather nicely furnished with both antique and modern furniture. Tel Aviv and Herzeliya Pituach are full of daytime and night time activities. Museums, cinemas, restaurants, open air cafes, sea surfing, tennis close to the house, beach frot to walk and swim year round, 4 swimming pools close to the house (2 within walking distance), close to Caesarea (Roman ruins, 30 minutes drive), Jerusalem - 1 hour drive. A great vacation to remember. You can relax or be active, everything is within your reach.
