This is a cute detached holiday home in a quiet holiday town in Sunny South East Ireland. 3 bed dormer cottage with open-plan living space and a good sized fenced garden to the rear. The house is 2 minutes' walk from the shops and pubs. Grange beach only 5 min walk down the road. Fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, kids swings, private off road parking, oil heating.
Ground Floor: lounge/kitchen/diner all in one, double bedroom, bunks and single bed
First Floor: king sized bedroom, large bathroom with separate shower. Lots of amenities nearly, restaurants, cafes, beach walks, surfing beach, Duncannon beach, Hook Head Lighthouse, Tintern Abbey. Tourist office in town and caretaker.

We are a family with three small girls 10, 8 and 4. John is a CEO and Kymberly is a Lecturer. We enjoy coastal walks with our dog and love visiting wexford as Fethard is situated on a peninsula with three fab beaches and a tiny harbour within 5 min walk/drive.
