Our home is a 3 bed (one used as an office), the master has a King sized bed, fitted Sliderobes, ample storage and is large (14ft by 12ft). The spare is a double 12ft by 11 ft, looking out to the long, green, quiet back garden, full bathroom with power shower is also upstairs. Downstairs there is a very large kitchen diner, with sliders to a newly decorated living/tv room, a utility and downstairs WC. Outside a fabulous hardwood deck and long garden, bikes, seating etc. Tastefully (newly) decorated throughout, entire new kitchen, marble counters, waste disposal sink unit, microwave, island seating; very clean and sleek, but comfortable home with all mod cons.

Use of car if needed (Audi/BMW), two adult bikes provided. 10 minutes walk to tram into city centre (a 12 minutes ride), 3 minutes walk to grogery shops and bus to city. A leafy upmarket suburb but very near city, a ten minutes car drive to the sea and a little longer to the mountains and rural areas.

We are an Irish couple, late forties/early fifties; both working - one psychologist and one media sales exec. We enjoy film, reading, travel, eating out, friends and family. We are careful around our home and would be more so even in yours; more pics to follow!
