We use the schoolhouse as our holiday home. Up until a few years ago it was an actual school - which we have adapted. Its three miles from the coastal town of moville and about 10 miles from Derry. The schoolhouse boasts a private countryside location, rolling gardens and, at the back of the house, stunning views of the River Foyle basin and the rugged Benone mountains. We are located in the north west of Ireland - with many attractions within an hours drive...such as malin Head - Irelands most northerly point, The amazing giants causeway,and many friendly local towns and villages boasting some of the greatest restaurants in Ireland. The neighbours are especially friendly and helpful and anyone using the house can borrow our car (as long as you get appropriate insurance - which is easy done).
