This is an apartment in a detached stone house from 1957 near Reykjavík centre. It has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with one bed. One of the double beds is in a big room in the basement that has a separate sofa and TV. The bathroom is recently renovated, but the kitchen is an oldie but goldie, clean and neat, though it's old. It has a living room, a dining room and a good laundry room in the basement. The garden has a good patio that has sun most of the day, till about 5. The sun comes back at 7 in the evening. In the garden we have chairs and a table and two garden benches and a good barbecue. The patio is private although the garden is shared with neighbours in the attic. There is a main bus route very near and a lot of shops. We are surrounded by lovely outdoor valleys. Our home is not far from a family park, Perlan a unique sightseeing restaurant, an outdoor museum, a beach, a geothermal swimming pool and an art museum.
Reykjavík has golf courses, horse rentals, kayaking, beach volleyball and two skiing resorts if Easter would be the time for exchange :)
Language of communication: English, Danish preferable, but also a bit German, French and Spanish
