This luxurious unit is located in the beautiful village of West End. The condo is located about 200 yards off of the main street, so it is very quiet. There is a 24 hour watchman allowing only guests onto the property. Across the main street of West End is a private beach, (to the properties) available for your use. Snorkeling and swimming are both great from this beach!
This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo has a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a set of bunk beds in the common area, accommodating 6 people comfortably. This unit is spacious with a beautifully open layout. French doors open up to a large covered porch overlooking the pool. The porch has a hanging chair, a hammock and a handmade bar from Guatemala that seats 4 and is perfect for socializing outside on the warm Caribbean nights! Each bedroom also has its own private sun porch.
There is an air conditioner in the main living area and each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit as well. Each bedroom also has it's own private porch which overlooks the pool and private access to each bathroom.
Marble counter tops, Brazilian tiled floors and hardwood cabinets and ceilings add to the warmth of this inviting home. This is the perfect place for groups of 4 or more, not only to make as a "home base" during your vacation, but also as a comfortable home for relaxing time spent just "hanging out" together!

Additional information:
The condo community is made up of full-time and part-time residents, as well as vacationers. There are only 18 units so it is quiet and private. There is also a hotel on site which rents rooms but the area is not bustling or noisy.
About Home Exchange Owners:
We live in California but have a second home on the island of Roatan. We have been there since 2005. The condo we are offering is a third property we had built with the sole intention of renting it. There is minimal wear-and-tear on the unit as no one has ever lived there full time.
We are SCUBA divers and find Roatan to be a fantastic place to dive. There is so much life on the reef, and it is nice to have a short boat ride to get to the dive spots!
