Greece is famous for Acropolis and for its islands. The most important of them is the complex of Kyclades. Syros, Tinos, Myconos, Paros, Santorini etc. Our house is centrally located in a traditional neighbourhood of island SYROS, Ermoupolis, which is the capital of Cyclades. It was renovated in 2006. It is not a luxury house but it is cosy as a house in such an island should be: Unforgettable! It is newly painted and the furniture, electric supplies, air conditions, matresses and kitchen cultery are brand new. It consists of 2 floors and includes the best roof terrace view of the island! The total surface is 80m2.There is an inner stairs. (It is not suitable for little kids.) The kitchen is in the ground foor with its own table and chairs. In the same floor, there is the bathroom with a shower, not a huge one, but new, clean and fuctional. There is also a tiny, cosy room, smartly decorated with a single bed. On the upper floor there is the main double bedroom and beside it, there is a living room with a bed sofa for 2. On the terrace, you will love to stay the most time of your holidays. At nights, you will hear nothing but silence. There are extra table set for enjoying dreaming breakfasts or have a romantic dinner under the candles around!
From our neighbourhood the center of the island is ten minutes walking down the steps. The huge neoclassical building of Town Hall of Syros, the Casino!, the cinema, the famous Theater - where many cultural events take place with famous quests from all over the world- the Archeological museum, the Art Gallery, the Library are on your way. Not forget to mention the big market, the greek tavernas on the streets, the pubs, bars, coffee shops and souvlaki grills spread richly around. And easily approached are plenty of clean Aegean beaches...in a 10 minutes drive or by the local buses. In our authentic neighbourhood, there is a mini market, grocery, bakery and a parking place (rare for Syros!)
