New ground floor apartment, green surroundings, quiet, AC, patio front and back, swimming pool available at hotel across the road (must buy a drink first though), walking distance to town and restaurants 10 mins max, not a disco type town, many luxury yachts (King Constantine, Putin and Sean Connery have pads here), walking distance to nearest beach 15 mins but better to drive, variety of beaches - one sandy and virtually deserted along its 3 miles, others sandy coves, others pebble, hire car is a must for convenience though there is a super fast ferry (hydrofoil) from Athens port, ancient ruins within striking distance - Mycenae, Epidavros, Tyryns,Monemvasia (by boat), volcanic peninsula of Methana, Poros, islands to see: Spetses and Hydra. We don't rent out our Greek flat for money - just use it for holidays for friends and family. We live in a 5-bedroom house in a leafy area near Warsaw, Poland (which we could also use for a home swap holiday, but that would obviously have to be simultaneous).
