Located in the wonderful PELION region of central Greece. Our Home overlooks the sea and Mountains, although rural certainly not isolated. A short walk from locLal ammenities,located in a wonderful olive grove in which the house nestles totally private. A short walk down a traditional stone pathway (Kalderimi)leads to the residential village of Milina,where you will find bakery, pharmacy supermarkets and Butchers. The house is not a holiday home therefore is fully equiped and comfortably furnished in a luxurious style. Amenities include Dishwasher, full sized bath.. fast internet connection/telephone line. French fireplace (wood burning) Huge terraces overlooking the Pagasitikos Gulf you can be on the beach within 2 minutes cycling, or 10 minutes walk. Winters can be mild with wonderful walks (walking club x pats) skiing one hours drive.. on mount Pelion 1,500 meters.
I am looking for a house near to Vancouver as I will be working fairly centrally minimum one bedroom property, perhaps two. A quiet location but Not too isolated as I will not have transport.

Although many English speaking foreigners own homes in the area they are not neccesarily their full time homes merely only holiday accommodation. There is a lively ex pat comunity residing in the winter if one wanted to get involved with wals or sailing or Greek lessons.This Hous is a new home which I had built for me only two years ago. It is my pride and joy with love and care lavished on it which means this exchange would be a first one for me. I am looking fora couple who would take as much care as me with my home and treat it as they would thir own, with love care and respect.
