Laundry washer., drying & ironing machine in washing room in cellar (coin-machine). Swimming pool free in house. The nearest grociery shops is 70m away, there are cafe, restaurants, bakeries around.
Exchange with up to 4 persons (also with children).
Only for nonsmokers, preferrably no pets.
