We exchange an 3 room flat in a very calm region. Ideal for older people or a family.We are having a big garden behind the house with very nice neighbours, who are very helpful. You have all public transportation nearby and it takes you 15 minutes to downtown Munich. The famous starnberger see is only half an hour by car.There is public swimming possibility nearby. The ISAR-River is just over the other side of our house. The flat is not very modern and not high standard but creative furnished and very cosy.
