Welcome new Berliners and new Berlin visitors! We offer you a cosy two-room-appartment in the heart of Berlin-Neukölln. We would like to give our guests the opportunity to enjoy the colorful multicultural atmosphere of our home district. Here you can find some creative people, bars, cosy restaurants and the historical bohemian village from the 17th century just around the corner!

Our spacious two-room appartment is part of a traditional old berliner building from 1920s. It is an appartment with 70cm2 space, high ceilings and a bright and friendly athmosphere.

We have one bedroom with a double bed 160cm wide. In the bedroom you can find a wardrobe with enough room for your luggage.

Our big bathroom has a separate shower and a bath tub. You can use our washing maschine and let your clothes dry on the balcony.

The kitchen is small but cosy and has everything you need to prepare a proper meal. Our kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, toaster, kettle, sink for washing the dishes and a refrigerator.

Our living room is furnished partly in 1950´s style and partly modern. It has an transformable couch, 2 armchairs, tv, a dining table for up to 6 persons, a writing desk, a record player and access to the balcony.

About Home Exchange Owners:

We are a finnish-german couple living in Berlin. We enjoy outdoor-activities and travelling by train. Ulla is a social worker and Simon studies political science. We hope to get new experiences visiting other cities and opening our home for people from other countries. We look forward to change homes with someone and we are willing to give you insider tips what to do and where to go in Berlin and in the neighbourhood.
