Our flat is located in Neukölln, which is an upcoming quarter: you will find many Cafés, Galleries, creative people within an international atmosphere. Its close to Kreuzberg (5min walk) and near to the "Kanal", a nice waterstreet, where you can take beautiful walks.
Our flat is generous with space, it has 100qm, 3 huge rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with tub and a lovely balcony with many plants (which will need watering a lot).
We have very friendly neighbors to chat with, who could also help you with giving information.
Because we have small kids, we are well equipped with children-stuff: toys, a highchair, small tub, changing place etc. Kids are wellcome!
Public transport is nearby: Bus & tube. It takes 30min via Bus to Berlin Mainstation. We can offer you also 4 well maintained bicycles, with which you can reach the main tourist attractions within 30min.

We want to go on holiday between 9th of September to 15th of October 2012. Our flat is also availble in July (5-20th). We are looking for a place which is close to nature and the sea (no bigger cities). We are open to proposals.
