Nice little apartment with wooden floor, balcony, a lot of sun, wifi, a nice kitchen with a table for two and everything you need to make yourself breakfast, lunch, dinner. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in the back house, so it's nice and quiet. Walking distance to the nearest subway station (Herrmannplatz or Schoenleinstrasse) is 7 minutes, Metrobus station (20 minutes to main railway station) right in front of the house. Wonderful area - huge park (Hasenheide, with outdoor movie theatre during the summer) right around the corner, 5 minute walk. Grocery store across the street, organic food stores and bakery 2 minutes away, kiosk in the front house as well as a very nice restaurant ("Gasthaus Figl"). Kreuzberg is known for it's great bars and clubs and it's like the whole city of Berlin just a wonderful place during the summer, there's a hell lot going on and it isn't too expensive as well. The apartment is right at Graefestrasse, with a lot of bars. The famous Admiralbrücke is about 5 minutes to walk. Best area to live in! :)
