Very centrally located 1 bedroom apartment in Berlin's city West "Charlottenburg", just 3 walking-minutes away from the famous "Ku'damm". Recently remodelled, charming and quiet apartment with two levels. It is situated in the ground floor with a small patio / garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is just 2 min. by foot to public transportation: metro station S-Charlottenburg, U-Bahn Wilmersdorfer Strasse, buses 119, 129, 109, TXL (Airport), etc. The shopping pedestrian area "Wilmersdorfer Strasse is just around the corner. Major attractions such as the castle "Schloss Charlottenburg", Ku'damm, shopping area, parks, Zoo, Tiergarten, are just a short walk away. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment has been remodelled recently, it is very comfortable and calm and well equipped with central heating, kitchen TV etc.

SLEEPING AREA
On the top level there are 2 comfortable beds (each is 90 x 200 cm)

LIVING AREA
On the ground floor there is a sofa which can be converted to a bed where another 2 persons can sleep.

In addition to that you can find a small kitchen with cooking stove, pots, plates etc. and a small bathroom (with shower).

As this apartment is our vacation apartment for guests, a non-simultaneously exchange of apartments is possible!
