Local style polynesian house + bungalow across the road from the beach. White sand beach, lagon is only 20 yards off, turquoise lagoon. Great swimming & snorkeling only 10 minute walk. Near village of Maeva, walks through jungle to visit archaelogical sites. 7km to the main town of Fare.
Language of communication: english and french (and tahitian)
Plan to visit New Zealand for a possible show of my work in Auckland, March 6th to April 5th 2010. Something near to Auckland would be good. Doesn't need to be fancy. Car would be nice, I have a Fiat Panda here that could be used.
Additional information:
My studio gallery is there too.
It's pretty low key but unique. People rave about our house. Stays cool because of coconut thatch roof, but it can also leak a bit in some spots during heavy rains. It's fairly open, but in an area where our family lives near, so protected. Polynesian style.
