French Manor House. All bedrooms en-suite. Half acre garden. Near lots of attractions and local markets.
I need to stay in the UK from late December until Mid Feb-and I need to have my 2 well-behaved dogs and 2 cats with me. Small property preferred in SW of UK. I am happy to pay for heating/electricity/gas I use.
In exchange I am offering a fully inclusive 2-3 week holiday for a family any time in 2010--including peak season. All meals and drinks will be provided, as well as comfortable, immaculately clean rooms. Pets welcome too.
It costs me €100 in fuel and tolls to travel from Dieppe to here (about €10 more from Calais) in a 7 seater people carrier, so you could, potentially, have a 2 week, August holiday, for 5 people for about €400, including your ferry costs.
Rooms:
Groundfloor: Traditional French country kitchen.
Dining room with woodburner in Inglenook.
Suite of 2 bedrooms which sleep 5 in total, with interconnecting bathroom. Own small garden, ideal if you want to bring your own dog/s.
1st Floor: Salon with English TV, DVD, books, games.
Breakfast room which opens onto Verandah.
2nd floor. 3 bedrooms. 1st sleeping 2 plus child. En-suite bathroom.
2nd sleeps 2 adults, en-suite shower room.
3rd sleeps up to 4. En-suite shower room.
