It's a cosy flat, with a bedroom and a living room.
It's about 45mē, in a house from the 30's. There are only two other flats, and a house behind.
The neighbours are very nice and helpful !

There's everything at hand : a dispensary (5 minutes by walk), a grocery just in front, an organic grocery in the same street, two snacks, a bar, a theatre (3 minutes by walk), a cinema, a supermarket and a mall (10-15 minutes by walk or 5 by tramway).
It's close to the Place de la bourse, the Petite France. The European institutions are at 20 minutes by tramway.

We're a couple travelling to Netherlands (Amsterdam mainly) and Belgium (Brugge and Bruxelles) between the 15th of June and 15th of July.
We're both students, 21 and 24.
