We live in a nice appartment on the ground floor. It has a 2 bed rooms, ours and a guest bed room where we have a comvertible couch. So you can be 4. We are lucky to have a nice 100 m2 yard where you can eat and relax in the deck chairs. The yard is exposed south so it's always sunny. We have a lovely view ont the Basilic Visitation of Annecy and on the local Mountains.
We're located in Seynod witch is about one mile from the Old Town of Annecy. You also have ,in 5 minuts walk, all the shops that you need like a bakery, supermarket, drugstore etc...because down town Seynod is just next door. Here you can ski in winter. There is a local mountain called "Le Semnoz" just next door and in 20 minuts drive you are up there to start skiing for a cheap price. If you are more experimented, there are tones of other larger ski resorts about 1 hour drive away. On the Semnoz you can also do other mountain activities like sledging, or practicing continental ski... In summer there are lots of hiking tracks with amazing views on the Alps and White Mount and on the Lake of Annecy too. On the border of the lake you can ride bike or roller blade on the cycle lane, it's great... You can also go shopping or just dream walking in the Old Town, it's just a magic place. The food is a "must taste" too... You have to discover the famous "Raclette" and "Tartiflette" made out of our famous cheeses... You can also paraglide over the lake and practice all the water activities you'd like... Here one thing is sure, you can't get bored...
