I'm 20 and I'm living alone in a safe residential area, in a 27 m2 appartment with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom ! There is also a private terace ( 11m2) and a parking space. I am 15 minutes from the city's center of Rennes in Metro or Bus (in front of the appartment). I also have a car you will drive if you need!

Rennes is a beautiful city where there is a lots of students! It's really a pleasure to walk in the city with its beautiful typical houses! Moreover you are not far (1 hour in car or train) from Saint Malo ( french typical city ), Nantes, Vannes and so from the ocean. You will enjoy Britain.
