Our apartment of 50m² is situated on the second floor of a modern, nice and quite residence in the centre of Pessac. Pessac is the second largest suburb of Bordeaux, an area surrounded of ancient castles built in the middle of famous vineyards. Actually, it is 4 km far from the historical centre of Bordeaux. We can also swap our car, if you want. The Atlantic Coast is 40 kilometres away!!!
We have one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a big living-room with TV, Play station 3 and a dining table. Our kitchen is rather small, but very well equipped. We have wireless Internet connection but we don’t have air-conditioning.
We live in the centre of Pessac, so you can find everything in finest quality - food, wine, shops, cultural events, restaurants, cinemas, you name it. Prices are among the lowest in Western Europe. Also the access to all means of transport (bus, railway, train) is five minutes walking distance from us. It is a very safe neighbourhood, clean and dynamic. Our residence is quiet and very well isolated, so you won’t hear any noises.
It is our first swap and we are very excited about the idea of exchanging homes with other couples!

We love the sea and we would like to spend our holidays nearby, but we are also interested in exploring cities and areas rich of history, culture and traditions.
We would like to swap in an apartment in Rome for one or two weeks, or in Barcelona, or... in any other destination in Europe! We will definitely analyse all the offers and you’ll have an answer back, it’s a promise!
