Our place is a 60 square meters flat with a living room, a nice kitchen, 2 bedrooms a bathroom and separate WC.

A nice 3 room apartment - 60m ² - on the 4th floor with a lift. At 5 minutes walk from the "Place de la Bastille". One of the liveliest districts of Paris!

The apartment has a living room facing south (tv, dvd, internet and unlimited telephone calls to landlines and mobiles in France and most countries, a table and two benches for meals up to 8 people.), A large kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate WC.
The apartment is quiet thanks to its exposure on court for one of the bedrooms and the living room and double glazed side street to the second bedroom.

Right in Paris, two steps from one of the liveliest districts of the capital (see below), the apartment is surrounded by shops (market every day, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, clothing stores, shoes, furniture,...), bars and restaurants very nice! It is also well connected with:
