Exchange Zones

We are two men living together in Vincennes, close to Paris.
We are both dancers, and we'll be traveling to NYC from July 12th. to August 1st. We will dance in the Trisha Brown Dance Company's Summer Intensive : http://www.trishabrowncompany.org

We'd like to exchange our apartment during this period.

Our apartement is around 55 square meters, with a nice living room, a large and quiet bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and another room we use both as a study and a guest room.
Two people can sleep in the large bed of the bedroom, and one person can sleep in the guest room which has a real bed.
Every room has a wooden floor (excepted the kitchen and the bathroom) and chimneys. You can't use them, but they are lovely and typical of 1930's buildings.
We have cable television, WIFI, and a washing-machine.

Our apprtment is on the first floor of a small and quiet building, with only one flat on each floor.
We live in Vincennes, which is very close to Paris and a really nice town with many shops (bakeries, butcheries, cheese stores, vegetables, little supermarkets, clothes...), restaurants and cafes.
There is a "chateau" and woods (le Bois de Vincennes).

To go to Paris you have to take the "métro" or the "RER". Both are 15 minutes walking from our place. We usually use or bikes and it takes 5 minutes to get the line 1 which leads you directly to the main sites and the heart of Paris (le Louvre, Bastille, Les Champs-Elysées, Opéra and Galeries Lafayettes, Châtelet...).
There are buses just round the corner if you don't like walking, and two stations of self-service bikes.
