We are a couple living in Paris, I'm an architect and my friend is a lawyer. We are both looking for an easy way to travel and believe that swaping houses is a very good way to experience new places around the world. We are coming to Tokyo from october 26th till november 10th, and would love to swap our studio in Paris. We have an studio located in the 10th district of Paris, 2 min walking from canal Saint Matin. Very easy commute: metro station, buses, Velib (public bicycles) , only 30 sec. walking from the flat, and 5 minutes to the Gare du Nord (direct connection with both Paris' airports). Lively area, convenient stores, bars, restaurants etc... It's a cosy studio recently redecorated, fully furnished and equipped. Size: 33 m2 + 4m2 terrace - 2nd floor, elevator. |
