2-room bright and calm apartment(40m2)on French 2nd floor in a Haussmann building,in a quaint and safe area in Paris. Seperate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Other room with double sofa bed and TV. Equipped kitchen. Bathroom and seperate WC. Short corridor at entrance. 3 large windows facing south.

All necessary amenities at the doorstep : supermarkets, street market (twice a week), restaurants(French gastronomy and affordable), metro-bus-taxi-bicycle stations. The historic center is just 10 min away by metro. Within walking distance to Bastille, Nation and Bercy in Paris 12th, at Daumesnil metro station (lines 6&8), direct to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysées. The location just next to 'Place Félix Eboue' with the nice lion fountain.

Outdoors activities (jogging, boating, horse riding) at the Bois de Vincennes 2 metro stations away. Night life at Bastille and the Marais area(opera, restaurants). From Bastille, walk to the river Seine and on Sundays, stroll along the river to the Eiffel tower (way closed to traffic)!
