Exchange Zones

Hi, my name is Gianluca, I live in Paris and I have planned to go to L.A. from the 17th of April until the 7th of May with a friend Nicolas. We are looking for accomodation in L.A. and we are both willing to exchange our appartements.
My appartement is in the historical area Le Marais, in the 3rd arrondissement (my street name is rue de Saintonge), centre town, very well located, just behind the musée Picasso. Very lively area, with fashion stores, cafés, bars, museums and typical restaurants. Introducing the fact that in Europe everything is smaller than USA, my appartement is 410 ft² (38 meters), one open space with american-bar kitchen, very rustic, at the third floor of a building dating 19th century, with wooden roof, big TV, wifi, washing machine, king size bed and house-keeper once a week.

My friend Nicolas' appartement is 485 ft² (45 meters) located in the area called Batignolles (very chic area, 10 minutes from Montmartre), 17th arrondissement, (the name of the street is Passage Geffroy-Didelot) at the metro station Villiers. 1 bedroom, living room and big kitchen separated, first floor with all comforts (wifi, waching machine... etc etc) and house keeper.

If intrested we could send you pictures and arrange a meeting (phone or skype) to talk about the possiblity of swapping our appartements.

We are both nice guys, actors and screen-writers, clean and happy people... we are looking forward to visiting the city of angels and take advantage of the sunshine state
