South of Paris, nice and cosy one bedroom appartment with a convertible sofa, separate kitchen and a shower. Quiet and residential area. All conveniences nearby (supermarkets, theater, cinema, open air market twice a week, ALL SHOPS within a short walking distance !). The place is close (2 minute walk) to the subway (line 13). Taxis and buses nearby. We are a couple (teacher + deputy manager) in our late thirties, reliable, and experienced in this kind of exchange. The place is NON SMOKING and PET FREE. |
