my name is Denise and I am a German girl living in Paris since a bit more than 3 years now.
I would like to go to NY in march ad try change my nice 48m2 appartment between the 19th march and the 2nd of april for a place to stay in NY.
The appartment is really weell situated near the metro stations Republique, Gare de l'Est and Strasbourg Saint Denis. The canal St Martin and the lovely rue du Faubourg Saint Denis with the cafés, restaurants and grocery stores are nearby and the neighbourhood i a rich mix of cultures and full with live. It can be a bit noisy in the day, but I live hera for more tha a year now and was never embarrased by that.
In the bedroom you have a 2 persons bed and the possibility to host a third person in the living room.
Fully-equiped kitchen - High Speed Internet Wifi connection-
