Big, very nice and very convenient apartment, located right in the center of Paris, at the cross roads with Paris 10th (theatres) / 3rd area (Centre Marais) / 1st area (Centre George Pompidou, Les Halles), 11th (République) / 9th (famous Department stores Galeries Lafayette, Printemps), within easily walking distance. Subway, buses, city bicycles located right at the corner of our street. Food shops down in our street. Restaurants around. The apartment is in a lively area but quiet inside.


The apartment is a duplex on 3rd and 4rth floor (with lift), of 115 squared meters (1238 f2): 1 large living room, 1 large kitchen fully equipped, 1 master bedroom with bathroom + wc, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, another children bedroom, 1 separate wc, 1 shower room. The apartment can host up to 6 adults (if you include the comfortable sofa in the living room) and 2 children. The apartment is equipped in Wifi.

We are a family of 4: 2 adults and 2 children (aged 12 and 6).
